OBITUARY   LEWISVILLE Special to Record Chronicle LEWISVILLE, Oct. 18. - Bobbie Jay, three-day-old son of Mr. and Mrs. J. F. Bailey, died Monday morning in a Dallas hospital where he was taken Sunday for treatment. The funeral was conducted by Rev. Mr. Johns of Carrollton at the home here Monday afternoon.
