Geraldine was born December 9, 1940 in Chicago and passed away July 14, 2013. She lived in Florissant, MO for 26 years and was a member of St. Sabina Parish. She moved with her family to the Dallas area in 1987. She was a member of Mary Immaculate Parish for many years. She volunteered in many roles with the Auxiliary of Trinity Medical Center. She is survived by her children Ed Bauwens and Maggie Donnelly of St. Charles, MO, Ray and Lynn Morel of Concord, MA, and Erik and Anne Stokes of Carrollton, TX; grandchildren Josh, Kristen and Ashleigh Turpin, Sam and Luke Bauwens; Morgan, Teddy and Kate Morel; Parker Coe and Micah Stokes; her beloved sister Patricia Dunleavy and brother Edward Curtin of Elk Grove Village, IL. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 46 years Gerard Bauwens, her parents, and her brother Robert Curtin. Visitation will be on Thursday July 18th from 5-7 pm with a Rosary at 6:30 pm at the North Dallas Funeral Home in Farmers Branch on Valley View Lane. There will be a Memorial Mass Friday July 19th at 10 am at Mary Immaculate Parish.
