OBITUARY
 
Mary Blake
August 18, 1929 - July 26, 2015

Mary Elizabeth Blake, 85, of Farmers Branch, Texas, passed away on July 26, 2015 in Dallas.

Rosary will be at 12:30 p.m. Friday August 7, 2015 at Mary Immaculate Catholic Church in Farmers Branch.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday August 7, 2015 at Mary Immaculate Church with Fr. Bruce Bradley of Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, officiating. Arrangements are by Rhoton Funeral Home.

Mary was born in Auburn, New York to George and Margaret Baier on August 18, 1929.
She graduated from Auburn High School. She married Arthur Blake on August 21, 1947 in Auburn, New York. She worked as a School Secretary in the Carrollton Farmers Branch School District for many years. She was a positive force while working with faculty, students and parents. She is a member of the Catholic Daughters of America, The RHD Memorial Auxiliary and was an Extraordinary Minister to the sick. She has received many awards for her altruistic endeavors.

Mary is preceded in death by her husband, Arthur and granddaughter Kelly Blake -Todora.

Mary is survived by Mary and Ken Nash, Greg and Sherry Blake, Kim and Ira Pence. Grandchildren, Casey (Kathleen), Emily (Mike), Meghan, Heather and Heidi. Great-grandchildren, Joseph, Zachary, Will, Mia, Elli, and Lillian.

Memorials may be given to Society of St. Vincent de Paul 214-520-0650.
