Mr. Joe Earl Brunson, age 80, of Winnsboro, went home to be with the Lord, on Friday, May 1, 2015 at his home. Joe was born on July 5, 1934 in Dallas to the late Glenn F. and Alma Lou Garrison Brunson. He was the founder and owner of Team Worldwide, the founder and chairman of Purley Gates Retreat, a board member of BTH-Bank Texas, and a member of Clearwater Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents; his loving wife of nearly 60 years, Joyce Brunson; brother, Raymond G. Brunson; sister, Betty Jean Allen; and twin great grandsons. He is survived by son, Bobby Joe Brunson and wife Valerie of Winnsboro; daughters, Katherine Ann Rulison and husband Ernest of Winnsboro, Kimberly Joyce Wineinger of Winnsboro; brothers, Robert Brunson and wife Marsha of Winnsboro, Jerry Brunson and wife Shirley of Baytown; grandchildren, Kristina Lynn Sons and husband Danny, Jason Glenn Brunson and wife Melissa, E.J. Rulison and wife Laura, Autumne Rene Hart and husband Michael, Jennifer Nicole Gibbs and husband Tony, Amy Lynn Valle and husband John; and eleven great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 3, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Beaty Funeral Home-Winnsboro, funeral services will follow on Monday, May 4, 2105 at 2:00 PM at Beaty Funeral Home, with Bro. Bill Holmes officiating, interment will follow at Lee Cemetery in Winnsboro, with grandsons serving as pallbearers. In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Purley Gates Retreat, P.O.
