OBITUARY   Steven Copeland Thu, 07/02/2015 - 1:00am Staff Funeral for Steven Copeland, 57, of Lawton, will be at 3 p.m. Friday, July 3, 2015, at Fletcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Sterling Cemetery under direction of Fletcher Funeral Home. Mr. Copeland passed away Tuesday, June 30, 2015, in Lawton. Steven Dewayne Copeland was born Sept. 11, 1957, to Betty Jones Rexroat. He attended Carrollton Schools in Texas. After school, he went to work for a battery manufacturer. Steven moved to Lawton in 2010, where he worked for Caldwell Lanscaping. He was a member of Cameron Baptist Church. Steven enjoyed leather crafting and being with his family. He is survived by his mother, Betty Rexroat, of the home; his uncle, Orville Jones, of Elgin; and several cousins. He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Johnnie Rexroat; and two brothers: Jimmy and Billy Ray Copeland. Visitation will be from 1 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
