WEDDING ANNOUNCEMENT Linda Tinsley Weds Kenneth R. Cox The Covenant Presbyterian Church in Carrollton was the setting Saturday morning, March 18, when Miss Linda Tinsley and Kenneth R. Cox exchanged wedding vows before the Rev. Jack Ramsey. The bride was attended by Miss Linda Cox and Mrs. Larry Meanes. Jimmy Van Deren was best man and Bill Tinsley and John Powell were groomsmen. The couple left immediately following the reception held at the church parlor for Biloxi, Miss., where the bridegroom is attending the Air Force Electronics School at Keesler Air Base. He is a former student at Arlington State University and a graduate of R. L. Turner High School.  The bride is also a Turner graduate. Parents of the newlyweds are Mr. and Mrs. James Tinsley of Farmers Branch and Mr. and Mrs. Butler Cox of Carrollton.
