Jonathan Michael Crews, son of Pastor John Crews and Pamela Crews and brother of Christian and Danielle Crews, went home to be with the Lord following a tragic accident on Sunday February 2, 2014. If friends desire, donations may be given in Jonathan’s name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Services: Visitation will be Friday February 7 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and the Funeral Service on Saturday February 8 at 11:00 a.m., both at Heartland Church, 4020 Nazarene Dr., Carrollton, Texas 75010. Jonathan was born on June 10, 1986 in Newport Beach, California. He graduated from Carrollton Christian Academy and went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Baylor University in 2008. Jonathan was employed in the health care field as a Center Operations Director at Concentra, where he managed an Occupational Health and Urgent Care Center. Jonathan was known for his magnetic personality and keen wit. He loved his family and friends deeply. If you knew him, you also know that Jonathan always did everything big, full throttle. He was taken from us far too early. Jonathan is survived by his parents, John and Pam Crews, his brother and sister, Christian and Danielle (“Dani”), his grandparents Diane Christianson, Jacqueline Crews, and Michael and Jody Christianson, as well as by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins and his beloved dog pal Ulysses.
