OBITUARY

In Memory of
Ruth Anne (Wheeler) Eoff
November 14, 1921 - July 11, 2012

Ruth Anne Eoff was born November 14, 1921, to Joe and Marie Wheeler in Warner, Oklahoma, beloved mother, grandmother and friend, who died July 11, 2012.

She attended college at Connors in Warner, Oklahoma and married J.B. Eoff in 1939, who preceded her in death in 1984. Ruth Anne was also preceded in death by a sister, Zoel Thompson and by a brother, Joel Wheeler.

She was an accomplished homemaker and State Fair Prize winning cook, an avid golfer at Brookhaven Country Club and who, for many years, resided in Carrollton. She loved her collectibles, the Cowboys and was an extraordinary sports fan who raised two boys who excelled in sports.

She will be missed but leaves special memories to those who survived her: Sons, Danny and James Eoff of Farmers Branch and Carrollton; Grandchildren, Timi Ellis and her husand, Marshall of Farmers Branch, James Eoff and his wife, Isabella of Berlin, Germany and Catherine Godfrey and her husband, Capt. Sean Godfrey of Orlando, Florida; Daughter-in-law,Shirley Eoff of Farmers Branch; Sister in Law Adeline Wheeler and her children of New Mexico; Niece,, Sharon Quick of Memphis, Tennessee; numerous cousins, grand nieces and nephews and countless friends who were privileged to know her and love her.

Visitation will be from 3-5 pm Sunday, July 15th at Rhoton Funeral Home where funeral services will be held at 11 am Monday, July 16th. A reception at Brookhaven Country Club, 3333 Golfing Green Drive, Farmers Branch will follow the funeral service. Burial will be at Hilltop Memorial Park, Tuesday, July 17th, at 10:30 am.
