OBITUARY

Memory of
Robert William Fischer
June 4, 1929 - February 9, 2015
Robert William Fischer passed away February 9, 2015 in
Carrollton, TX. He was born on June 4, 1929 in Sioux City, IA to
Emil and Agnes Fischer. He was married to the love of his life,
Joan for 61 years. Together they raised two children. Robert
received his bachelors from Iowa State University and later
worked and retired from Lennox. He enjoyed crosswords and word
puzzles as well as landscaping and gardening. He was always up
to date on the latest news. This great man will be greatly
missed. Robert is survived by his wife, son Douglas and wife
Lorraine Fischer; daughter, Ann and husband Nile Abele;
grandchildren, Zachary, Ethan, Eric, Rachel and Ellie and great
grandchildren, Aidan and Natalie. A Visitation will be held at
Metrocrest Funeral Home Friday, February 13, 2015 from 1:00 pm
to 3:00 pm with Interment to follow at
Hilltop Memorial Park –
Carrollton, TX. |
