OBITUARY

50-Year Resident of County Passes

Mrs. Elizabeth N. Ford, 77, resident of Dallas County for the last half century, died Sunday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. G. L. Moore, in De Soto.
A native of Polk County, Missouri, Mrs. Ford was born in February, 1867, and was married to her late husband in 1885. She had been a member of the Christian church for many years.
She is survived by a son, William Ford, Roanoke; six daughters, Mrs. Moore, Mrs May Cross and Mrs. W. M. Feagin, Dallas; Mrs. A. B. English, Gainesville; Mrs. J. W. Howard, Bonita, Montague County and Mrs. Gail Robertson, New Orleans; thirty-seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren; four sisters, Mrs. Luther Pierce, Memphis, Hall County; Mrs. Annie Young, Greenfield, Mo.; Mrs. Belle Baker, Muenster; Mrs Opha Cook, Plano; four brothers, A. R. Needham, W. W. Needham, both of Dallas; W. C. Needham, Denton; John Needham, Washington.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Monday at the McCullough Chapel, Mesquite, with the Rev. Chester Brockaway, pastor of the First Christian Church of Mesquite officiating. Burial will be in the Farmers Branch Cemetery
