Curtis "Chet" died March 19, 1999 at the age of 31. He is survived by parents C. W. & Catherine Fowler, brother Craig & sister Cynthia. Memorial services will be at the American Legion Post 453, 2755 Bachman Dr., Dallas, TX March 23, 1999 3:30PM. The family requests donations be made to Senior Adult Services, 1000 S. Broadway, Carrollton, TX 75006 in lieu of flowers.
