Raymond Alton Garrett, Jr. was born on September 19th, 1956 in Dallas, Texas. He was known to family and friend as Ray. He resided in The Colony At Lake Lewisville for over 20 years.  He is survived by his mother, Pat Garrett and twin sisters, Marilyn and Sharilyn. Ray had two nieces named MaKenna and Stephanie and a nephew named Seth. He was also survived by three great nephew and one great niece.
A graveside service is being held on Thursday, 4-18-2013 at 11am at Hilltop Memorial Cemetery in Carrollton, Texas.
