VELMA (MICKIE) GENTRY, Born June 1, 1919 in Clarksville, Texas and went to be with her Lord, November 20, 2007. Preceded in death by husband, Glyn Gentery, parents J.H. and Ella Anderson, two brothers, and four sisters. Survived by sister, Cleo Cox; nieces, Jane Thompson, Patsy Cathey, Cheryl Matthews, Cheri Buckingham, Teri McFall, Robin Eddington, Tammy Henderson; nephew Thomas Stepter, brother-in-law, Royce Gentry & many loving nieces, nephews, and friends. A special thank you to the caregivers and friends at Corinthians Assisted Living. Pallbearers will be nephews and friends. Services officiated by Reverends, Jim Brown and Marshall Johnson. Visitation will be held Nov. 23rd at 1:00pm with services following at 2:00pm at Rhoton Funeral Home, Crosby Road, Carrollton, Texas. Interment: Hilltop Cemetery, Perry Road Carrollton, TX.
