OBITUARY

In Memory of
Kelli Marie De Blasi Ginechese
August 3, 1971 - May 12, 2015

Kelli DeBlasi Ginechese was born on August 3, 1971 to Generosa Pampilo in Angeles City, the Philippines. She is survived by her husband Larry, her children Jonathan Spear, Ava Ginechese, Carys Ginechese, her parents Raymond DeBlasi, and Patricia DeBlasi, sister Lauren DeBlasi Cobb, brother Brennan DeBlasi.

Kelli was a graduate of Newman Smith High School in 1989 and attended Brookhaven College.

Kelli was an artist, she loved to paint and had the most creative hand for everything she touched. Kelli loved to travel, and enjoyed eating delicious meals. She would throw the most amazing birthday parties for her children, she loved them so much.

In recent years Kelli established Hope Floats, a support group for cancer patients and their care givers, bringing them current information, potential opportunities for alternative treatments and programs to help families as they deal with this destructive disease. She also collected and delivered stuffed animals to children's hospitals.

Kelli was only 43 years old and it has been so hard to lose her when she had so much life to live and so much more to do here on earth. We love Kelli so much and she will be missed terribly. Kelli fought a courageous a fight for the last 6 years and truly never gave up. Kelli was even able to wake from the heavy medication she was being given to have one last conversation with her son the night before she passed away. It gives us peace to know she is free of pain and that she said everything she needed to say to everyone that she loved before she left us to go be with The Lord!
