OBITUARY

A. W. Gravely Funeral  Today

Funeral services for Alvin Will Gravely, 68, member of pioneer Dallas County family, will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday at the Carrollton Methodist Church.
The Rev. Robert H. Ridley will officiate. Burial will be in Webb Chapel Cemetery.
Gravely died Monday in a Dallas hospital.
He was born on his father's farm near Carrollton, and spent all his life in that section of Dallas County. As a young man he operated a general store at Carrollton. He farmed on his land on Marsh Lane, east of Carrollton, until he retired fifteen years ago.
Surviving are his wife; a son, Warren L. Gravely of Dallas; two brothers, Jake B. Gravely and Roy Gravely, both of Carrollton; a sister, Mrs. W. E. Kennedy of Carrollton, and two grandchildren.
