Shirley Diane Irwin
October 8, 1950 - July 13, 2019

Shirley Diane Irwin was born October 8, 1950 in Dallas, Texas to the late Opal Odell Taylor and Milda Ballard Taylor. She had been a resident of Quitman for 10 years, formerly living in Colfax. She was a former member of Colfax UMC, and was a current member of Quitman FUMC. She loved spending time with her family.
Shirley passed away at the age of 68 on July 13, 2019 in Quitman.
Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Robert Irwin of Quitman; daughter, Penny Peek (Raymond) of Quitman; son, Stuart Irwin (Cory) of Quitman; brother, Michael Taylor (Mary) of Ft. Worth; sisters, Barbara May of Virginia, Patty Vest (Bill) of Oklahoma, and Cindy Wurtz (David) of Van; six grandchildren, Jayna, Hannah, Raelyn, Garrett, Bobby, and Wesley; and one great-grandchild, Jolee.
