OBITUARY E.W. "Buddy"
Jacobs Jr.
BIG SANDY - Services for Edgar Wallace "Buddy" Jacobs, Jr. 71, Big Sandy, are
scheduled for 11 a.m. Wednesday at Perryville Baptist Church with Brother Marion
Coon officiating.
Burial will be in Perryville Cemetery under direction of Croley Funeral Home,
Gilmer.
Mr. Jacobs died May 15, 2005, in Tyler. He was born March 19, 1934, in
Carrollton to Edgar Wallace Sr and Beatrice Lunsford Jacobs. He served in the
Army at Fortr Bliss and was an automotive salesman and supervisor for FAA
Control Center in Fort Worth.
Survivors include his wife, Charle Lyle Jacobs, Big Sandy; son, Rocky Jacobs,
Tyler; brother, Billy Ray Jacobs, Winnsboro; and two grandsons.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
