Monica Lee Jacobs, 48 of Carrollton, Texas passed away at 4:00 a.m. on March 29, 2019. She was born in Dallas, Texas on December 15, 1970. Monica graduated from R.L. Turner High School and received an Associates degree from Brookhaven College. Monica worked in Real Estate for many years. She was a member of Northside Baptist Church and was passionate about helping children.

Monica was survived by her parents, Roger and Patsy Jacobs; her brother, William R. Jacobs; 2 uncles, 1 aunt, numerous cousins, 3 nieces, 4 great nieces and 2 great nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday, April 1st at Northside Baptist Church from 6-8pm.

Funeral services will be held at Northside Baptist Church, Carrollton, Texas on Tuesday, April 2nd at 10:30am. Graveside services will follow the funeral at Hilltop Memorial Park, Carrollton, Texas. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Monica's name to Northside Baptist Church or the Ronald McDonald House.
