Frank Kelly passed away in Houston. Survived by daughter, Mrs. Nancy Houston, Euless; stepson, David Hugh Bailey, Dallas. Graveside services were held at 2 p.m. Thursday in Perry Cemetery with Msgr. Brady officiating with Rhoton, Weiland-Merritt Funeral Home in charge.
