OBITUARY

Richard V. Lee

HUGH, Okla. - Richard V. Lee of Hugh died Monday, June 8, in Choctaw Memorial Hospital.
Services will be held in Lampton-Mills and Coffey Funeral Home Chapel at 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 10, with the Rev. Bobby Fox officiating. Burial will be in Hilltop Cemetery in Carrollton, Texas, at 3 p.m. Wednesday.
Mr. Lee was born Feb. 14, 1906 in Bixby, Okla., a son of William and Bell Lee.  He was a rancher and was a member of the Coppell, Texas Church of Christ. He moved to Hugo from Coppell 21 years ago. He served in the Marines during World War I.  He married Emma Elizabeth Pettie on Oct. 11, 1932, in New Mexico.
Surviving are his wife; a son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Barbara Lee of Coppell; three daughters and sons-in-law, Patricia Sue and Troy D. Glidewell of Coppell, Jackie and Curtis Jones of Coppell and Dorothy and Robert Pollard of Dallas, Texas; one daughter, Betty Lee of Grapevine, Texas; one brother, Henry Lee of Houston, Texas; one sister, Geneve Burchett of Modesto, Calif.; 13 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
