MEMORIAM

My little sister,Tanya Miller, age 62, lost her battle with lymphoma last Sunday, September 17, 2017, at Baylor/Scott & White in Carrollton. Some may remember her from Vivan Field Jr. High and she attended Turner, enrolling in "accelerated" classes but transferred to Lewisville and did not graduate from Turner. Two close friends of hers I recall were Connie Dyer and Nancy Sherrard. This photo of us was taken 30 years ago by our mom at a restaurant in Addison. Tanya was beautiful inside and out. She was well-read, loved to debate about politics, enjoyed preparing meals for the homeless at her bar on Walnut Hill Lane and enjoyed experimenting with new recipes at the delicatessen where she worked during the last years of her life. She was baptized at a church camp during her youth. She was loved and will be missed.   ... Michael Miller  9/20/2017
