Michael Gregory Morris, 24, a life-long resident of Carrollton, died at his home Tuesday, January 18th. The son of Greg and Susan Morris, Michael was born in Dallas, June 9, 1986. He grew up and attended Carrollton schools, graduating from Newman Smith High School in 2005. At the time of his death he was a student at Brookhaven College.

In addition to his parents, Michael is survived by his sister, Emily Katherine Morris of the home; his paternal grandfather, Wendell Morris of Flower Mound; his maternal grandmother, Anita Vest, of Carrollton; his aunt, Wende Baker of Fort Worth; his uncle Phil Morris and his wife, Susan, of Flower Mound and his Aunt, Sherry Cox, of Carrollton as well as by numerous other family members and close friends.

Visitation will be from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. Sunday, January 23rd at Rhoton Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Monday, January 24th at the Nor'kirk Presbyterian Church, 3915 N. Josey Lane with interment to follow in Hilltop Memorial Park. The Rev. Dr. William Parr and the Rev. Bobby Brown will officiate.
