OBITUARY
 
C.R. Parker
March 08, 1994 - February 04, 2017

C.R. Parker went to be with the Lord on February 4, 2017, in Bryan, Texas. He was born in Dallas on March 8, 1994, to Jennifer Conner.
“Parker” was raised in Carrollton, Texas where he attended Furneaux Elementary, Dan F. Long Middle School and Creekview High School, before graduating a year early from Winfree Academy in Lewisville, Texas. He played many sports while growing up in Carrollton, but was especially good at basketball. At Winfree, Parker excelled in writing and poetry. Most recently, he was the lead detailer at a Carrollton car dealership. He was a great friend to many (especially his mom), and a lover of animals.
Parker is survived by his mother Jennifer Conner, stepfather Shawn and stepsister Ashley Conner all of The Colony, grandparents, Pat and Lesleigh Parker, aunts, Debbie Parker of Denton and Teresa Parker of Ft. Worth, uncles, Patrick Parker, Jr. of Pilot Point and Pete Schapp of Denton, his best friend, Kevin Islam of College Station, who was like a brother, many beloved cousins, and great aunts and uncles.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 8, 2017, from 5 – 7 P.M. in the chapel of DeBerry Funeral Directors. Funeral services will be Thursday, February 9, 2017, at 11 A.M. in the chapel at DeBerry Funeral Directors with burial to follow at Roselawn Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in C.R. Parker’s name to the Youth First program of Resource Center Dallas (http://www.rcdallas.org/what-we-do/community/youth-first) or to the SPCA of Texas.
