OBITUARY

MARLYNE GRAFF  PARNELL
MARLYNE GRAFF PARNELL, 78, of Carrollton, born November 22, 1925, in Atlanta, Louisiana, peacefully went to be with the Lord on August 12 after a courageous battle with cancer. She was preceded in death by her husband of 28 years C. Harold Parnell; her husband of 22 years W. Paul Guynes; brother Everett Graff, sister Etta Graff Tyson, sister Effie Graff Dunn, and niece Melissa Brookshier. She is survived by daughter Lark Guynes Tribble and her husband Robert; step-children Cindy and Brice Day, Steve and Cindy Parnell, Pam and Greg Lockhart; Granddaughter Robin Tribble Sandlin and husband Aaron; Great-granddaughter Ava Lynne Sandlin, 10 step-grandchildren, 7 step-great grandchildren; sister Mary Graff Brookshier of Carrollton, and brother Robert L. Graff of Colorado, and many nieces and nephews and close friends. Services to be held at First Baptist Church of Carrollton, 2400 N. Josey, at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 14, 2004. Visitation will be held on Friday evening August 13 at North Dallas Funeral Home from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m., Pastor Brent Taylor officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. Burial to follow at Hilltop Cemetery in Carrollton.
