OBITUARY

Brot Here For Burial

Mr. and Mrs. F. G. Patrick of Lima, Okla., had the sorrow of losing their eight year old son in death last Sunday.  The boy was Leonard Patrick and he had been sick but one week of blood Poisoning; having been taking sick at school Monday morning and death claiming him at the hospital in Wewoka at 11:00 a.m. Sunday. The body was brot here by his sorrowing parents Tuesday morning and funeral was held at the first Baptist church that afternoon at 3 o'clock, Rev. D. W. Nix conducting the services and interment in Perry cemetery north of town.
Mr. and Mrs. Patrick formerly resided at Coppell, where the parents of Mr. Patrick yet reside. Mrs. Patrick is a daughter of Judge R. M. Thompson and a sister of the Misses Maggie and Easther Thompson of this place.

  • I don't believe there is a marker for this grave at Perry.  The obituary is currently the only evidence that I have that he is buried here.  ..elw
