OBITUARY

Homer Petross

FARMERS BRANCH - Homer Petross, 78, of Waxahachie and formerly of Farmers Branch, died Friday in DeSoto.

Services will be at 10 a.m. today at Farmers Branch Church of Christ with Eddy Ketchersid and Richard Seymour officiating. Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Greenleaf Cemetery in Brownwood, directed by Davis-Morris Funeral Home of Brownwood.

Mr. Petross was born in Salt Creek and lived in Farmers Branch for 27 years. He was the widower of Marydelle Petross.

Survivors include two sons, Gary Petross of Andrews and Lendell Petross of Waxahachie; one sister, Virginia Strong of Fort Worth; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

The body will be at Davis-Morris Funeral Home from 3-9 p.m. today and Tuesday until service time.
