In Memory of Howard Wayne Phillips April 12, 1940 - January 19, 2012 Howard Wayne Phillips, born April 12, 1940 in Grafton, West Virginia, passed away on January 19, 2012 at his home in Carrollton, Texas. He was the son of Herbert and Mary Phillips. Howard was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his wife, Jeanne Phillips, his two sons: Dr. Michael Phillips (wife Constance) and Gregory Phillips, his sister, Juanita "Babe" Bryan, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. A private memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 4, 2012 at 3 pm at Rhoton Funeral Home located at 1511 S. I-35 E. in Carrollton, TX. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested any memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society .
