SMITH, , OMA JEAN POOVEY Age 81, of Garland, born August
29, 1925 passed away Saturday, April 14, 2007. She is
survived by her daughter, Tina Smith-Jenkins and husband,
David of Coppell, TX; grandchildren, Paige, Grant, Lindsey,
and David Jenkins of Coppell, TX; sister, Virginia Nall of
Austin, TX; brother, A.T. Poovey and wife, Marie of Houston,
TX; brother-in-law, Lee Vert of Garland, TX; and numerous
cherished nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by
her parents, Nolan and Bessie Poovey; sister, Onita Vert;
and brother, Nolan Poovey Jr.
Visitation will be 6:00 P.M. ~ 8:00 P.M., Monday, April 16,
2007. Funeral Service will be held 1:00 P.M., Tuesday, April
17, 2007 in Williams Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow
