POWELL
ALFRED WAYNE from Farmers Branch, TX, who made his home in Pagosa Springs, CO, went to be with the Lord on February 28, 2001. He is survived by his wife, Teresa Powell; his son, Andy Powell, and wife Christine, children, Taylor, Jordan, and Ethan. Son Mike Marcom and wife Carla, children Cody and Tanner; daughter, Tammie Kennemer and Husband Mike, children Kearsty, Ashley, and Mikel. Daughter Michelle Smith and husband Marlin, children, Alisha, Kelsey and Cassidy, Daughter Camile Carlotn and husband Steve, children Caleb, Katie and Shelby. Daughter Nicci Humphrey and husband Wayne, children, Diana and Travis. Brothers, Altis Powell, Bobby Powell, Troy Powell, Steve Powell and sister, Earline Guinn. He was a Veteran of the Vietnam Conflict and a purple heart recipient for wounds suffered in battle. Services will be held 3:00 PM, Monday, March 5, 2001 at Restland Memorial Chapel. Interment to follow in Restland Memorial Park. Family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Sunday, March 4, 2001 at Restland Funeral Home.
