Maurine Cashion To Wed Melvin E. Riddle

Of interest to friends here is the announcement of the engagement and approaching marriage of Miss Maurine Cashion 901 Bowie street to Melvin E. Riddle, Fort Worth.
The announcement was made this past week-end by Miss Cashion's parents, Mr. and Mrs. O. C. Cashion of Carrollton, at an announcement tea Easter Sunday afternoon in the home of Mrs. G. W. Thomas in Carrollton.
The wedding will take place on Friday, June 3, in the Little Chapel-In-The-Woods on the campus of T.S.C.W., Denton.
Miss Cashion, who has been instructor in journalism in Newman High School since January received her R. A. degree in January from N.T.S.C. in Denton.  While in college, she was a member of the Senior Mary Arden Club, Press Club, Modern Writers Club, Square Dance Club, Beta Sigma Alpha and associate editor of the college newspaper, "Campus Chat."
Her fiancé, who is the son of Mrs. J. C. Riddle of Fort Worth, will received his degree in business administration from N.T.S.C. in August. He is a member f Saloon Fraternity on the campus.
