OBITUARY
 Scholz,
Michael Ewald
Michael Ewald Scholz, 53, passed away unexpectedly on February 7, 2014.
He was born on January 24, 1961, in Milwaukee, Wi. A creative and
talented chef, Michael was mentored by his father, Chef Ewald and Chef
Jean LaFont. He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Paula; mother
Ramona Roper; father Ewald Scholz; brother Brian Scholz; and sister
Veronica Vrotsos; along with nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from
5:00 - 7:00 pm Thursday, February 13, 2014 at Calvary Hill Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, February 15, 2014 at
Calvary Hill North Chapel. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to
the SPCA or Locks of Love. |
MEMORIAM
| Here is the funeral information regarding my brother Michael
Scholz class of 1979. The viewing will be Thursday from 5-7pm. The
service will be at 2pm on Saturday. Both will be at the Calvary Hill
funeral home. 3235 Lombardy Lane in Dallas. There will be a reception
afterward put on by several chefs but I do not have the address right
now. |
