Gerald Wayne Thomas Thomas Gerald Wayne was born on May 5, 1941 in Dallas, Texas and passed away on October 23, 2008. He was preceded in death by his parents Goldie and Barbie Thomas. He is survived by his wife of 39 1/2 years Erie Sue Thomas of Carrollton, son DeWayne and wife Bobbie of Ferris and son Phillip and wife La Jeana of Carrollton and grand-children Garrett and Austin of Ferris and Jaeden and Reed of Whitney. Gerald retired as a Carrollton fireman after 26 years of service. Visitation will be on Monday, October 27th from 6 to 8 p.m. at Rhoton Funeral Home where services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, October 28. Burial will be at Crown Hill Cemetery, Dallas, Texas.
