THOMPSON, Charles Mr. Charles David Thompson, Jr., age 45, owner of TermNet
Merchant Services, Inc., passed away on Saturday, July 12, 2008 at this home in
Atlanta, Georgia. Charles was born on June 2, 1963 in Tallahassee, Florida, to
Charles David Thompson, Sr. and the late Frances Dickens Thompson. He graduated
from R.L. Turner High School in Dallas, Texas in 1981 and attended the
University of Florida. Charles is survived by his father, Charles Sr.; his sons,
Justin David and Steven James Thompson; grandson, Steven Cole Thompson; and
sister, Lisa Paige Thompson. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death
by his grandparents, William H. and Cleria Thompson. Memorial Services for
Charles David Thompson, Jr. will be held at Peachtree Road United Methodist
Church, 3180 Peachtree Road, Atlanta, GA 30305 on Thursday, July 17, 2008 at
