Airman Thompson To Serve in Vietnam

Airman First Class Lawrence W. Thompson, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. T. Thompson of 13431 Bee St., Farmers Branch, has been reassigned from the 4758th DSES, Holoman AFB, New Mexico, to the Third Combat Support Group, Bien Hoa Phi Base, South Vietnam.
Airman Thompson is a crew chief on a F-100-D fighter aircraft.
Upon completing basic training in 1965, Airman Thompson has been stationed at Webb AFB Texas, where he worked on the F-104-A and Holloman, AFB, where he worked on the F-100-C.
He is a 1965 Graduate of R. L. Turner High School.
