OBITUARY Alvin Douglas Vines Alvin Douglas Vines, 79, of Conroe passed away December 29, 2008 in The Woodlands, TX. He was born Apri129, 1929 in Roscoe, TX to Mike and Lois Vines. Alvin is preceded in death by his wife of 57 years. Nan Vines on November 4) 2008. He is survived by his daughter Elizabeth Bolt and husband Terry; brothers Joe Vines and wife Jet tie and Weldon Vines and wife Evelyn; grandson Christopher Bolt; and numerous nieces, nephew, other relatives and friends. Doug retired as an elementary school teacher and was a member of Sawdust Road Baptist Church. A graveside service is set for 10:00 A.M.)
