OBITUARY James Ralph Webb May 29, 1948 – March 21, 2019 James Ralph Webb, 70, of Carrollton, Texas, passed away Thursday, March 21, 2019. Jim was born May 29, 1948 in Dallas, Texas to Rudolph and Billie Joyce Webb. He graduated in 1967 from R. L. Turner High School. Jim married Myra Partee on May 3, 1975. They had two sons: Andy and Chris. Jim worked for Glidden Paint Company before beginning his career with the Carrollton Fire Department on February 1, 1974. He served the community until his retirement in May of 2001. Jim also worked with Dallas County Schools and retired after many years of service in March of 2016. Jim had a passion for hunting and playing golf; he did both every opportunity he had. Jim is survived by wife, Myra; son, Chris; his brother John and wife Joyce. Jim was preceded in death by a son, Andy; brother, Stephen; and parents, Rudy and Joyce Webb. The family has requested in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Carrollton Firefighters Benevolence Fund. Dignity Memorial
