Survivors: Wife, Misty; father, Joe "Doc" Whitley and wife, Candy; son, Jonathon Whitley and wife, Stefanie; daughters, Megan Dixon and husband, Chris, and Katlyn Whitley; sister, Janet Clevenger; grandchildren, Bailey and Kaylee Whitley and Tucker Dixon.
