OBITUARY
 
Michelle Lea (Abner) Williams
September 20, 1961 - January 24, 2012

Michelle Lea (Abner) Williams passed away Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at her home in Farmers Branch, Texas. She was born in Dallas, Texas on September 20, 1961 to Ray Thurlo and Anna Lucille (Staff) Abner.

She attended Mary Immaculate Parochial School and R. L. Turner High School, and later married Jackie Lee Williams, on August 13, 1984.

Shelly was a kind, gentle and caring person. She was a homemaker who loved working in her garden and spending time with her grandchildren. She was her husband's best friend, was a devoted mother to Teri and Billy and dedicated to caring for her family.

Shelly is survived by her husband Jackie; daughter, Teri Porter of Dallas; her grandchildren, Jada and Devin Porter; her son Billy Williams; parents, Ray Abner of Seven Points and Anna Abner of Farmers Branch; three sisters, Stephanie Renteria of Dallas, Stacie Abner of Farmers Branch and Diane Abner of Denton; her brother Mike Abner of Little Elm and nephews Eric and Chris Abner.

A private memorial service is pending with Chaplain Tim Kerrick of Amity Hospice officiating.

Michelle's final resting place will be in the Columbarium at Mary Immaculate Catholic Church in Farmers Branch, Texas.
