OBITUARY

ROBERT E. "GENE" WILSON, died suddenly on Friday morning, March 18, 2005 in Addison, Texas. A graduate of R. L. Turner High School in Carrollton, he was employed with Robert Manna & Associates and had been a former long time employee of Otis Engineering Co. Dear son of Dorothy Spradling Wilson and the late John Lewis Wilson; father of Frank Lee Wilson; grandfather of Kira Wilson; brother of Susie Wilson and her husband, Charles Glidewell, Michelle Wilson Raforth, Melanie Wilson and her husband, John Vickers and the late John A. Wilson; uncle of Robert Wiggins, Jake, Ellie, Maggie and Libbie Vickers; also survived by his canine "girls", "Prissy" and "Scarlet" together with numerous cousins, aunts and cherished friends. A Memorial Service will be conducted on Saturday afternoon at 1 o'clock, March 26, 2005 in the sanctuary of Christ United Methodist Church, Valwood Parkway at Dennis Lane in Farmers Branch. Dr. Victor Casad will preside. The family suggests that memorials be directed to Operation Kindness, 3201 Earhart Drive, Carrollton, TX 75006. In honor of Gene, will those attending his service, kindly wear casual attire.
