OBITUARY WINNIE WISE WISE, WINNIE born on July 4, 1915 in Emory, TX to the late Lewis and Curly O'Rear. She passed away on June 4, 2003 in Carrollton, TX. Winnie had a great love for gospel music and spent most of her time outside of work being a caretaker for her family. She is preceded in death by her brothers Clarence and William O'Rear and sisters Dorothy Fults and Lannie Siefferman. She is survived by her son Charles Fryar, daughter Billie Jean Braswell, 2 grandchildren and numerous extended family. Winnie loved her family and she was very fond of her double cousins.
