OBITUARY   BILLY RAY WOOTEN SR. BILLY RAY WOOTEN SR. Born July 19, 1940 in Dallas, TX and passed away June 7, 2006 in Dallas. He retired from the City of Dallas after 33 years of service. His wife, Margherite, precedes him in death. Survivors include his son, Billy Ray Wooten Jr. and wife Leanna; daughter, Vivian Carole Shelly and husband Randy; grandchildren, Kellie and Robert Wooten, Clinton, Ashley, and Randy Ray Shelly, Aimee Benfer; three great-grandchildren; fiancee, Linda Box; sisters, Dorothy Ray, Kathryn Bullock, Ruby Moseley; brother, Harold Wooten; and numerous nieces and nephews. Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, June 12, 2006 at ST. PAUL EPISCOPAL CHURCH, 624 Ovilla Road, Waxahachie, TX. Interment will immediately follow at Hilltop Memorial Park in Carrollton, TX.
