Lowrey's Lease
Myers Theatre
The picture Show is to have new bosses, new
managers. Mr. and Mrs.
A. R. Lowrey make announcement this week that
have leased the Myers Theatre and will reopen the show house to the
public Friday night, September 10. This means that Carrollton will
have the best that is to be had in pictures and that every effort
will be made to please the public palate in pictures. Mrs. Lowrey
will be actively in charge of the business and states that she has
already billed a number of attractions just like can be found on
Cinema Row in Dallas. Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer and 20th Century Fox
pictures have already been contracted and a nice list is in the
offing for the lovers of the Movies.
