Today there is no trace of downtown Farmers Branch.  The last building to survive was the old Marsh Garage / IOOF lodge.  The downtown area, pictured above, as along Denton Drive, just south of Valley View.  This is about where the Dart Station now stands.  At this time, Valley view came to a dead end in the down town area.
