Organize Girl Scouts
The Misses Bliss Means and Anne Stark have organized a
camp of Girl Scouts for Carrollton and have thirty two members who have
signed and sent for a charter. Work on the organization was begun several
weeks ago and several meetings have already been held. In a short time now
it is expected the charter for the new organization will arrive and
Carrollton will be on the map in Girl Scouts affairs.
The girls meet each Wednesday afternoon at the school house. Much enthusiasm
has been worked up in the movement and it promises to be wonderfully
successful.
