OBITUARY

Earl Ahlfinger

Earl E. Ahlfinger, a native of Dallas who grew up in Carrollton and graduated from Carrollton High School in 1946, died in Farmers Branch.
Mr. Ahlfinger was an auditor 13 years for Strickland Transportation before joining Beta Products for a position he held for the past 14 years. He had been a member of Denton Drive Church of Christ and Webb Chapel Church of Christ. He was married March 7, 1954, to Beva J. Blankenship, who survives.
Also surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Brad and Sue Ahlfinger of Richardson; a daughter Michelle A. Blair of Carrollton; four grandchildren, Joseph Blair, Brad Ahlfinger, Nicole Ahlfinger, and Alicia Knight; his mother, Gene Ahlfinger of Carrollton; sister and brother-in-law Melvin and Zo Blankenship of Carrollton; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral was Dec. 17 at Rhoton Chapel with Jack O. Crone officiating. Burial was in Hilltop Memorial Park.
