Allen, Charles born on July 21, 1932 in McKinney, TX and passed away on April 13, 2016 in Sherman, TX. Preceded in death by father, George P. Allen; mother, Velma Allen; brother, George Allen; sister, Martha Eggleston; daughter, Pam Nannen; grandson, Colt Allen. Survived by wife, Georgia Allen; brother, Harold Allen; sisters, Lois Riddle and Gracie Malone; sons, Jeff Allen and Scott Allen. He was a State Farm Insurance Agent for 35 years. He loved and played baseball all his life, even played softball into his 70’s. He was an avid hunter, fisherman, artist and poetry writer. Memorial services will be held Thursday, April 21, 2016 at 1:00 PM in The Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home.
