Amber Rayne Ardrey
1979 - 2005


Amber Rayne Ardrey, 26, Stillwater, died Saturday, June 25, 2005 at home. Services were held Wednesday, June 29, 10 a.m. at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church. Father Ken Harder officiated. Burial was at Perkins Cemetery, Perkins. Arrangements made by Strode Funeral Home.
Amber was born March 9, 1979 to Robert Lewis Ardrey and Karen Susanne (Johnson) Ardrey in Garland, TX. She married Patrick Andrew French.
Amber attended Newman Smith High School in Carrollton, TX and graduated in 1998. She attended Brookhaven Jr. College in Carrollton [Farmers Branch]; and later worked in Addison, TX. She met Patrick in September 2003 while living in Lewisville, TX for a short while and later moved to Stillwater in November 2003 and began working at Shortcake's diner.
She was a very loving person that loved animals and working the yard and gardening. She will be remembered as a loving and caring person. Her greatest love and focus in life was Patrick and McKayla.
She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, ,Joseph Ardrey; maternal grandfather, Ray Johnson; and maternal grandmother, Mildred Johnson.
She is survived by her husband, Patrick French, parents, Robert (Bob) Ardrey and wife Linda, Perkins; Karen Bolton and husband Danny, Hickory Creek, TX; one daughter, McKayla Rayne French, of the home; two brothers; Rustin Ardrey, Stillwater, Nathan Farrow, Turnertown, TX; stepbrother, Danny Bolton, Jr., Fort Worth, TX: stepsisters: Mandy Davis, Forestburg, TX; Candice Creel, Fort Hood, TX; Jenny Bolton, Fort Worth, TX; Rachel Ott, Grapevine, TX; and Damita Woodall, Wiley, TX; paternal grandmother Floye Ardrey, Stilwater; and close friend, April Mace, Carton, TX.
Pallbearers were Michael Ott, Sean Woodall, Christopher French, Benjamn Runnels, Coty Householter, Brennan Johnson.

OBITUARY

ARDREY, AMBER RAYNE, 26, of Stillwater, OK, died Saturday, June 25, 2005. Rosary services are scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday June 28, 2005 at Strode Funeral Home Chapel in Stillwater, OK. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 29, 2005 in St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Stillwater, OK. Ms. Ardrey was born on March 9, 1979 in Garland, Texas to Robert Lewis and Karen Susanne (Johnson) Ardrey. She attended Newman Smith High School in Carrollton, TX and graduated in 1998. She attended Brookhaven Junior College in Carrollton, TX and later worked in Addison TX. She met Patrick Andrew French in September 2003 while living in Lewisville, TX. She moved to Stillwater, OK in November of 2003. She was a very loving person wholoved animals and gardening. She will be remembered as a loving, caring person. Her greatest love and focus in life was Patrick and their daughter McKayla. She is predeceased by her maternal grandfather, Ray Johnson and maternal grandmother Mildred Johnson. She is survived by her husband, Patrick French of Bartonville Tx; her daughter McKayla Rayne French of Stillwater, OK; her father Robert Ardrey and his wife Linda of Perkins,OK; her mother Karen Bolton and her husband Danny of Hickory Creek, TX; her mother in law Mary Ann French; two brothers, Rustin Ardrey of Stillwater, OK and Nathan Farrow of Turnertown, TX; step brother Danny Bolton, Jr. of Fort Worth, TX; five step sisters, Mandy Davis of Forestburg, TX, Candice Creel of Fort Hood, TX; Jenny Bolton of Fort Worth, TX, Rachel Ott of Grapevine, TX, and Damita Woodall of Wiley, TX; paternal grandmother Floye Ardrey of Stillwater, OK; and close friend April Mace of Carrollton,TX.
