Aunt Winnie, a negro that claims to be about 100 years old died last Friday at the home of her daughter on the L. C. McKamy farm north east of town.
Aunt Winnie was an ex slave and was owned by three different masters in the last one was a family by the name of Leonard. She had lived in Dallas county for nearly sixty years and has been living on the McKamy farm over a year.
