OBITUARY
 
Nancy Kay Averitte
Nancy Kay Averitte, 48, of Round Rock, TX died on Wednesday May 27, 2009 from complications associated with multiple sclerosis. Nancy was born in Dallas, TX on September 10, 1960 to Edwin and Ruth Avery. She was raised in Farmers Branch, TX where she graduated with honors from R.L. Turner High School, received a B.S. in accounting from Texas A&M University, and a M.S. in speech pathology from the University of Texas - Dallas. Prior to relocating to Round Rock, TX, Nancy also resided in Allen and McKinney, TX. In addition to being a loving wife and mother, Nancy enjoyed careers as a CPA in the oil and gas industry and as a speech pathologist in the Round Rock ISD. Nancy was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Round Rock, TX. Nancy is survived by her husband of 27 years, Randall Averitte; son, Brian Averitte; parents, Edwin and Ruth Avery; sister, Sharon Avery; nephew, Christopher Avery; parents-in-law, Ronald and Laura Averitte; sister-in-law, Rhonda Wood; and brother-in- law, Darrell Averitte; in addition to numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at the First United Methodist Church, 1004 N. Mays, Round Rock, TX, at 2:00 p.m., on Friday, June 12, 2009.
