DORRIS CHANEY
Dorris Chaney is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Chaney. Dorris plans to work next year. She was graduated from Walnut Hill grade school.
Mathematics if the course that Dorris liked best while in school. Miss Stark [did] the most for her.  Jack London is the author that she prefers. [missing text and out of order] is the teacher that she feels has done [missing text].
Mickey Rooney and Judy Garland are her favorites among the movie great. Football is the sport Dorris likes to watch.
Earline Smith is the senior that she thinks has done the most for the school this year.  Mrs. T. J. Marsh, Mrs. C. W. Welsh and Mr. C. C. Carver are her three best adult friends.
Dorris wants to live her adult life in Dallas.

OBITUARY

BAKER, DORRIS Born October 7, 1923 in Dallas, TX and passed away February 12, 2005 in Irving, TX. Preceded in death by husband of 31 years, Emmitt Baker; son, Clarence Harlow. Survived by four children, James Harlow, Danny Harlow and wife Gayla. David Harlow, Mark Harlow and wife Willie; 10 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 2 sisters, Betty Moore of Seven Points, TX and Neva Chambers of Irving, TX; brother, Clarence Chaney and wife Sybil of Carrollton, TX; numerous nieces, nephews and beloved church family. Services will be held at 11:30 AM, Tuesday, February 15, 2005 at Restland Wildwood Chapel. Family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday February 14, 2005 at Restland Funeral Home.
